An highly anticipated Yakuza 7 will come to the west under a new exclusivity overseas title known as Yakuza Like a Dragon as the game is not just a direct sequel to the Yakuza 6: The Song of Life which focus on the iconic protagonist, Kiryu Kazuma as his closure story, but it is also a brand-new story saga to the Yakuza franchise staring with a never seen brand-new characters and Protagonist, Kasuga Ichiban.

Indeed, it's so sad for Kiryu's story has reached its conclusion because how much he becomes the most iconic characters and protagonist, but the worst part is that I don't even played third to sixth of Yakuza title, because I already played the Yakuza 0, Kiwami and Kiwami 2.

At first that I didn't know about Yakuza series or franchise since I'm still new, but after I see that the game was available on PC (because I only had my laptop), I try Yakuza 0 and soon I played the game; I became more invested with its story, brutal gameplay combat, mini-games, side-quest, and more, it was so unique experience that I never seen before. It focuses on the Human and Crime Story Drama; the tone is so dark when I played the Yakuza 0 and I was very excited, but I didn't play Mini-Games thought because I was so busy to play the main story, but as I played the side-quest, it was fresh and hilarious than its main game which the story is very serious tone and it's dark, suspense is really shocked me (Laughed).

I also played Yakuza Kiwami which is the remake version of the first game, what I really focused on that game now is to finish Majima Everywhere because that gameplay elements was so challenging and I need to earn the fighting abilities of Dragon of Dojima once again, so I want to work harder to get all of it before reached to the final boss, but oh well, since I already finished it twice, lol. But Haruka is so precious to Kiryu and to me, Te Hee XD. and Kiryu become my favorite character so far, but Majima is the best character.

But which Kiryu's expression between Main story and Sub-Story is very fantastic, I can believe that SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio can put something that even more amazing than I expected, that's why Yakuza become my favorite franchise. The best thing that I ever had is to play Yakuza Kiwami 2 with the Dragon Engine, after I saw Yakuza 6 with the latest engine on YouTube. The fighting style might differ from 0 and Kiwami, but Kiryu always had one fighting style.

Sadly, Kiryu's story is ending in Yakuza 6 as I watched on YouTube, but I really wish they release Yakuza 3-6, including Judgement to the PC.

Now we can rejoice at least with Yakuza 7 release in English version as Yakuza Like a Dragon will now release to the west at November 2020 which available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Windows 10, and Steam which I'm very glad that they released the game with a multiplatform. But one things that makes me more surprise is how the game will feature English VA and Lip Sync, which is so majorly shocked to me and makes me wanna give a try, because Yakuza didn't have a English Voice since the Original first game of Yakuza, but I think the success was thanks to Judgement thought.

Feature

  • Dual Voice support (You can choose English and Japan).
  • France, Italy, Spanish, German subtitle added.
  • Lip Sync will now be match for English Voice.
  • Japanese Songs, Ichibanka sung by Shonen no Kaze will be included.
  • More information will be added as the information will be share from SEGA Localization Team.

I can wait for Yakuza Like a Dragon and I hope it's getting better with English dub added to the game, and now with PC release get's me excited. If anyone didn't played the Yakuza before, and this game is seperated from the previous Yakuza games since it catering for new and old fans, so I hope you could wait the game's release until November 2020, it's available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Windows 10, and Steam.
